Layers of Time: Art Book Publication

The artist catalog for Layers of Time stands as a visual testament to the artistic practices that materialize the traces of passing phases and the intricate terrains of memory abiding within. Moving beyond a chronological progression of time, we invite participating artists to reconstruct the overlapping layers where the past, present, and future intersect, utilizing their own distinct mediums. 

We look forward to works that multi-dimensionally substantiate the invisible thickness of time—whether through the accumulated texture of materials on canvas, the superposition of images, or the fragments of memory woven between absence and presence. The layers of time are not fixed relics of the past, but rather a dynamic flow of life continually being rewritten, offering a space for aesthetic dialogue that reflects upon our contemporary era.

Eligibility: Open to artists in all fine art mediums (18 or above)

Required: 

⚬ Portfolio including 5–10 images of available works with title, medium, year

⚬ Artist statement 100-200 words

⚬ Short artist bio 

⚬ Media and performing arts must include:

Technical Rider & Concept Note: A brief description of the media interface or performance structure.

Video Documentation: A highlight reel (MOV/MP4)

High-Resolution Still Cuts: A minimum of 5 representative stills (300dpi)
